Information you give us. When you submit a contact or quote request or book service, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, service address, and a description of the work or question.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and embedded providers process technical data needed to deliver their services, such as IP address, browser type and requested pages. We use Webflow for hosting, ServiceTitan for online scheduling, and SociableKIT for the current openings feed. Financeit processes information if you choose to visit its financing service. Optional Google Analytics loads on our production website only after you choose Accept in the analytics notice; Decline keeps that optional analytics disabled. We do not currently use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on this website.
We use your information to respond to inquiries and provide quotes and scheduling; deliver and follow up on plumbing, heating and cooling, gas, and electrical work; operate, secure, and improve the website; send updates you have asked to receive; and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as ServiceTitan and our analytics providers) under agreements that limit their use of it, and with authorities where required by law.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@matrixmechanical.ca or call 506.696.7000 and we will respond within a reasonable time. Choose Accept or Decline when the optional analytics notice appears; your choice is remembered on that browser. You can clear saved site data in your browser to make that choice again. Browser settings also let you control cookies; blocking necessary site data may affect scheduling or other services.
The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
